Our 4 year olds, independently working in their books! 🤩📚

We like to take a step back to provide our learners with the necessary space to work by themselves, this allows for children to develop their metacognitive skills, which is their awareness of the learning process.

During lessons, our learners are equipped with resources and strategies to help them become critical thinkers, problem solvers, or self-managers.

Keep up the amazing efforts, young mathematicians! 🏆🧮

Understanding how your child learns best is a large part of helping your child perform to his or her fullest potential. And that starts with finding out what type of learner your child is.

There are 4 main learning styles: Visual, Auditory, Reading/Writing, and Kinesthetic.

Many students use a combination of each, but usually have one style that works best for them.

At Abacus Maths, we have intimate, fun filled lessons where we use a variety of resources and methods in order to discover and encourage your childs learning style which will complement their strengths rather than work against them!
