We are looking for a young, energetic new member to join our dynamic front of house staff at Lynx Collection(www.lynx-collection.com)

We require someone to assist our Guest House team with the required reservations management & guestrelations.

Inherent Requirements:
- Degree or equivalent in Hospitality Management
- Worked at least one year in a similar Guest House
- Certificate in First Aid/Fire Fighting/Health and Safety, would be advantageous
-Background in Front Office and Reservations
-Background in Restaurant would be advantageous
-Valid Drivers License
-Fluent in English

Experience and skills:
- The ability to remain calm and professional when under pressure
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Must be professional and a team player
- Sustainable quality and attention to detail

Main Responsibilities:
-Reservations
- Yield management
- Restaurant Supervision
- Guests check-in and check-out
- Cash-up
- Guest feedback reporting (TripAdvisor, E-mails, etc.)
- Concierge services (Booking of restaurants, transport, etc.)
- Follow and enforce all Health and Safety processes and procedures whilst maintaining the privacy ofall guests
