Science theme of the week is 🦅ALL ABOUT BIRDS 🦜

Our little scientist had a fun-filled week learning all about birds !💛🐥
They got a close-up look at different birds and realistic bird toys , while learning what makes a bird a bird and how different they are from other animals. 🔍🦆🦢🐓

They also had a fun sorting activity, grouping pictures of animals into “Birds” and “Not Birds” to help them identify and recognise birds from other animals. 🧠🧩

☀️Fun Fact: Did you know birds can fly thousands of kilometres during migration? 🕊️🌍✈️

Our little bird lovers had a busy and creative week exploring everything All About Birds! 🐥💛

🎨 They got creative making beautiful bird art using paint, cardboard, paper plates and other recycled materials. From colourful birds to adorable chicks in their nests, their imaginations really took flight! 🐦🎨🪹

🏃‍♀️ We also had lots of fun developing our gross and fine motor skills through different activities:

🎯 Throwing bean bags into hoops
⚖️ Practising our balance
🥚 Balancing eggs on a spoon
🌈 Colour matching

It was a week full of learning, creating, moving and having fun! 🐣💚

We celebrated Heritage Day by embracing the beautiful cultures and traditions that make us who we are! ❤️

Our little ones dressed up in their heritage attire and proudly showed off their special outfits. 👗🧢🌍 We also had our very own mini photoshoot, capturing these precious moments and all the smiles along the way! 📸🥰

A day filled with culture, fun, and celebrating the uniqueness of each and every one of our little stars! 🌈❤️

We’re still celebrating the beauty of Spring! 🌷☀️ The kids got creative decorating their very own flower cookies using colourful Jelly Tots 🍬 and icing 🎨🍪.

There were lots of smiles, creativity and sweet treats… because nothing puts a spring in your step quite like baking! 💕🌸✨

This week our little eco-warriors had so much fun learning how we can care for our world! 🌱♻️

🎨 They coloured, painted and decorated musical instruments made from recycled materials — drums, castanets and shakers! 🥁🎶
🎯 They worked on their fine and gross motor skills through colour matching, threading and stretching elastics over containers.
♻️ They played a fun recycling game, matching different items to the correct bin! 🗑️
🏃‍♀️ They tackled an obstacle course, practised balancing, played with play dough and had lots of hands-on fun! 🤲✨

Our little scientists had so much fun learning about the wonderful world of plants! 🌿

They learned how to plant seeds 🌱, how seeds grow, and the different stages in a plant’s life cycle. 🌼 They also discovered the different parts of plants that we can eat, from roots and stems to leaves and fruits! 🥕🥬🍎

🌍💚 CARING FOR OUR WORLD 💚🌍

This week we learned how we can take care of our beautiful planet! 🌱♻️

🎨 We got creative making trees, Earth balls, tracing hands, colouring and painting.
♻️ We practised recycling by using tweezers to pick up paper and sort it into the recycling bin.
🧹 We also cleaned up outside and learned that even little hands can make a big difference! 💚

🏃‍♀️ We had lots of fun with obstacle courses, bean bag throwing, jumping, balancing and outdoor play! 🎯🤸‍♀️

🌸🌿 SPRING HAS SPRUNG! 🌿🌸

The children had so much fun exploring our Spring theme this week! ☀️🌼

🎨 They got creative making beautiful Spring-inspired art, including colourful flowers 🌷, trees 🌳 and an adorable Spring frog 🐸!

🌈 They also enjoyed some fun colour-matching activities, helping to develop their recognition and fine-motor skills. 🧩✨

🎩 And of course, we couldn’t celebrate Spring without some cute Spring hats! 🥰🌸 The children looked absolutely adorable posing for their photos! 📸💕

What a lovely way to welcome the new season! 🌱🌼☀️
