Prof Ali Almaktoof, Associate Professor of Power Systems and a dedicated member of the CPUT organising committee, warmly expressed his gratitude to the guest keynote speakers from Brazil, Libya, Germany, Malaysia, India and beyond, celebrating the wealth of knowledge, vision, and expertise they brought to the conference. He remarked that their insights truly raised the bar for the event. As we come to the end of the 2nd International Conference on Artificial Intelligence & Generative AI, students who had the privilege of attending this remarkable event expressed their gratitude. On behalf of the students, Computer Engineering student Allen Van Dieman said that one of the highlights of the conference was attending the workshop on FPGA Design Integrating Intelligent Computing. “The knowledge shared during this workshop has broadened my perspective.”
Allen continued: “We leave here with new knowledge, new connections, and new ideas that will help shape the future of artificial intelligence and of engineering.”
