With heavy hearts, we share the long dreaded sad news of the passing of our grade 8 leaner, Oyintanda Silumko.

Oyintanda brought light and joy to our school and will always be remembered for his bright smile and love for music/igwijo. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family.

We stand together as a school family in prayer during this time.

Due to bad weather conditions, Classes at Velile SSS have been suspended for the 3rd and 4th of June. Communication regarding rescheduling of planned exams and recovering lost time will follow soon.
Learners are advised to remain home and stay safe.
