Wozza Meat Co is looking for an experienced, hands-on leader to take the reins of one of our flagship Ballito stores and help shape the next chapter of Wozza.

This isn’t just a management role. You’ll lead a team of 26 across kitchen and retail, while helping develop our exciting new Kitchen & Cafe XL Carnivore experience, launching in early 2027. 🔥

We’re looking for someone with:
3–5 years’ restaurant, bistro or steakhouse management experience
Front & back-of-house management experience
Experience leading a team of 20+
Strong operational, stock & P&L skills
A hands-on leadership style
Matric + valid driver’s licence and own vehicle

Ballito, KwaZulu-Natal
Start date: 1 October 2026
Full-time | Permanent
