Community events such as the Ballito Potjie Competition remind us that education extends beyond the school gates. They create opportunities for parents, children, staff, and local businesses to connect, support one another, and celebrate what makes Ballito such a vibrant place to live. The event itself is built around bringing people together for a common cause and fostering community spirit, making it the perfect platform for us to engage with our wider community.
Thank you to the Ballito Neighbourhood Watch for a wonderful event.

Yesterday, Teacher Sam’s Yellow Group enjoyed an exciting visit to Ndlondlo Reptile Park at Sugar Rush Park. From tortoises and snakes to geckos, lizards, spiders, and scorpions, the children were fascinated by the incredible variety of creatures they encountered.
Through hands-on interactions and engaging demonstrations, they learned about wildlife conservation, the importance of protecting our environment, and the vital role these animals play in nature. The air was filled with excited squeals, laughter, and endless “oohs” and “aahs” as the children explored, discovered, and learned.
A huge thank you to Ndlondlo Reptile Park for such an educational and memorable experience. The children absolutely loved every minute of it! 🦎🐢✨💛
