Aligned Living - G Rozenkrantz You are not a drop in the ocean, you are the ocean in a drop 🌟✨ I love living life fully and I bring this passion into my coaching practice.

As a personal development and neurocoach, I am passionate about helping my clients grow and transform their lives. I use a variety of techniques and tools, including mBIT (Multiple Brain IntegrationTechnique), NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming, The 5 Lens Enneagram, and EFT (Emotional Freesom Technique) to provide a holistic and personalized approach to coaching. My background and studies in Psychology have been the foundation to my inquisitive life journey and from there I broadened my knowledge to focus on Quantum Change Therapies. mBIT is a relatively new field that recognizes the intelligence of the three main brains in the human body, while NLP is a method of communication and personal development that focuses on the relationship between neurological processes, language, and behavior. The Enneagram is a holistic personality system that helps individuals understand their core motivations, while EFT is a technique that involves tapping on specific meridian points on the body to release emotional blockages. Through my coaching, I aim to help my clients achieve their goals and live more aligned and fulfilling lives. I believe in the importance of aligning one's actions and values with their goals and desires, and I work with my clients to identify and overcome any obstacles that may be holding them back from achieving their full potential. By combining my expertise and knowledge with my dedication to helping others, I am able to help my clients grow and transform in meaningful ways. Whether it's through mBIT, NLP, Enneagram, EFT, or a combination of these techniques, I am committed to providing my clients with the tools and support they need to thrive.

I’ve been very quiet on here…

Life needed some living.
Some undoing.
Some rearranging.
And, perhaps, some becoming.

Today, on the 1st of spring, I wrote something.

I write often, actually. Mostly for myself — when something inside needs somewhere to go. But this one carries a backstory that I feel may touch a few hearts.

It is fully Afrikaans, though. 🤍

For some time, I’ve found myself returning to a photograph of me as a very young little girl. Looking into her face and thinking about just how much life has been lived between her and the woman looking back at her now.

How much she didn’t know yet.
How much she would love.
Lose.
Learn.
Carry.
Become.

And somehow, through all of it, how much of her is still here.

Today, I honoured that story.

Perhaps, in reading it, you’ll find a little of your own too.

May you find yourself, within yourself —
in every version of you that you have ever been,
and every version you still carry. 🤍

My very close family called, and still calls, me Lainie Pop since I was a baby ❣️

If you want to reduce your yelling you need to understand WHY you yell, which involves learning about the nervous system and how it works. Once we learn how the nervous system works, we are usually able to use that knowledge to become more aware of our triggers before we yell. It also gives us more control over our nervous system when we understand how to self-regulate.

Attachment, brain development and the nervous system all play a part in the dysregulation we see in our child. Often there are other factors too but these are the aspects that impact all children. Remember that a healthy nervous system still experiences dysregulation. A mature and healthy nervous system is flexible. Our goal should be to have a flexible nervous system, not so much a regulated one.

Throughout my healing journey I have spent countless hours, days and months thinking, reading and writing about nervous system regulation. It started by trying to understand co-regulation.

What I initially believed, was that the goal was to have a nervous system that was regulated most of time. What I discovered was the goal is actually to have a flexible nervous system, because our nervous system is meant to fluctuate. Having autonomic awareness allows us to build our nervous system flexibility and emotional intelligence.

Also, co-regulation is one of the best ways to build nervous system flexibility. So if a child receives lots of opportunities for co-regulation from a young age, they are more likely to have nervous system flexibility, throughout their lives. Whereas, if we did not experience effective co-regulation, from birth, we may find we have to teach ourselves those skills later in life.

We've been taught that rest is earned. You can earn it by overworking, overachieving, and overdoing it. Even though we can rest and understand that it would be beneficial, we still resist. We try to prove our worth by what we get done, which means we always feel like we have to do more. Within this broken measuring system, our efforts will never be enough. Let’s redefine this measuring system and do what writer and psychologist, Nicola Jane Hobbs suggests, “Instead of asking, ‘Have I worked hard enough to deserve rest?’ ask, ‘Have I rested enough to do my most loving, meaningful work?”

Once upon a time, there was a night when I asked the Earth to take me. I prayed and bled tears, begged for a hole to open beneath me and swallow me whole. The inner unravelling was too much to bear. I lay in a field of wild grass, the only light in a vast and aching dark was the swollen full moon, p...

Nugget from the heart ❤️

Heart coherence is so deeply needed in our world right now. The missing link… is simply our hearts — how we relate to their intelligence, attune to their power, and remember their deep, deep wisdom.

It’s a privilege to witness the unfolding of a consciousness that transcends the long-standing, constricted view of a world built solely on the brain. Of course, the brain is indispensable — it gives us logic, structure, and executive function. But we’ve crowned it king for too long, at the expense of the heart… and the price is evident all around us.

The heart, along with the gut and our lesser-known neural networks, is a fountain of wisdom — a compass aligned with our authentic self and our inner truth. The science of HeartMath and mBIT confirms what mystics have known for centuries: the heart is not just an organ, it’s a field — intelligent, magnetic, rhythmic — and its resonance can be felt by others.

We’ve overridden its call for far too long. Yet still, it calls out — gently, patiently — inviting us into coherence, recalibration, reconnection.

And now… our awakening hearts are beginning to respond to those long-lost frequencies — to the subtle songs rising from the Earth herself. Not many choose this path — it’s unfamiliar, nonlinear, often uncomfortable.

But to you, fellow traveler on the path of integration — keep heart. Just… keep heart. ❣️🌍

I absolutely love this!

And, I've worked with it so much already.

When I reflect on myself and my life, I usually dig deep! I reflect on decisions and processes, on deep seated beliefs and limiting mindsets.... and then when I look at THIS, I know exactly where (and if) I am "blocked/stagnated" or in "flow/alignment".

May it help you with some level of awareness as well! It is a glorious thing to grow and flow, to live fully and lightly.

May you also realize one day... that - YOU ARE THE OCEAN! ❣️❣️🌊🌊❣️❣️

Much love,
From here to there... always!

As we walk through life, we often tread along paths that seem like detours.

Detours... no. They are only disguised as such.

The way becomes the way.

The journey is the journey.

If we soften our hearts and allow life to flow, through us and as us.... we see - eventually - that our paths, are simply our paths. No detours. No roundabouts. No this or that. Purely, our called way.

As you walk, the way appears Rumi said.

So may we walk and see.
With open eyes and open hearts.

For the only limitations are those that you place upon your own soul.

See beyond. Dream beyond. Live a life that calls to the beyond. And I assure you, the beyond will step towards you, and come to meet you, wherever you are ###x
