Our Grade 3 learners had a wonderful and meaningful Life Skills activity as they celebrated Family Day! 🌟

Learners had the opportunity to dress up as a family member and creatively represent the important people who form part of their families. 👩‍👧‍👦👨‍👦👵👴

It was a beautiful day filled with creativity, confidence, fun and learning! 🎉📚

Dear Parents/Guardians

Please take note that, due to the current weather conditions, all learners are required to stay at home today, Friday, 4 September 2026.

For the safety of our learners, we strongly advise that they stay as far away as possible from rivers, bridges, and other potentially dangerous areas.

Learners are expected to return to school on Monday, 7 September 2026.

We kindly ask all parents/guardians to prioritise the safety of their children during these adverse weather conditions.

Yesterday, our boys showed incredible determination, teamwork and fighting spirit as they defeated Maasdorp L&H Primary School 6–2! ⚽🏆

A very special congratulations to our two Grade 7 learners, Tatenda Chiwira and Iminathi Moni. As this is your final year at Balfour Primary School, this victory makes the moment even more special. You have represented our school with pride, commitment and leadership.
