🇿🇦 Happy Heritage Day 🇿🇦

Today we celebrate the beautiful diversity that makes South Africa so special. Our cultures, languages, traditions, stories and histories may be different, but together they create the rich tapestry that is our nation.

Let’s celebrate what makes us unique, while remembering that greatest strength lies inwhat we share.

MONDAY MOTIVATION | BE SOMEONE PEOPLE FEEL SAFE AROUND 💜

In light of the rise in gender-based violence in our country, this week’s Monday Motivation is a simple but powerful reminder:

Be someone people feel safe to be around.

Teach boys to respect.
Teach girls that they deserve respect.
Teach everyone that “no” means no.

Because preventing violence isn’t only about what we do when something goes wrong. It starts much earlier — with the attitudes we encourage, the choices we make, the language we use and the behaviours we model every day.

Creating a safer society is something we all have a role in.
Respect starts with us.
