🌟 EISTEDDFOD 2026 – WE ARE SO PROUD! 🌟

What an incredible achievement by our Flamingo Primary learners! 🦩❤️

A total of 109 Primary School learners bravely took part in the Informal Poetry section of the Eisteddfod. We are incredibly proud of every single learner who stood up and shared their poem. 🎤📖

🏆 Our results:
🥇 21 learners – Triple Gold
🥇 29 learners – Double Gold
🥇 37 learners – Gold
🥈 20 learners – Silver
🥉 2 learners – Bronze

Standing in front of an audience and performing takes great courage, confidence and preparation. 🌟

A huge thank you to our parents and educators who spent time practising, encouraging and supporting our learners. Your involvement makes all the difference. ❤️

On Friday, 21 August, four of our talented learners took to the stage to showcase their incredible recycled stage costumes! 🎭✨

We are incredibly proud of the creativity, dedication and hard work that went into bringing these unique designs to life. Turning recycled materials into stage-worthy costumes takes imagination, skill and plenty of perseverance — and our learners certainly delivered! 👏💚

🏆 BUILD IT U/13 SPORTS DAY – 22 AUGUST ⚽🏐🎀

On Saturday, 22 August, our U/13 learners took part in the Build It Sports Day.

⚽ Our soccer boys finished 2nd in their group and an amazing 3rd overall on the day! 🥉

🏐 Our netball girls played with determination and gained valuable experience.

🎀 Our Pom Pom girls also performed beautifully and brought so much energy and spirit to the day! We are incredibly proud of their performance. 💙

We are so proud of all our learners who represented Flamingo with pride and enthusiasm! A big thank you to our coaches for preparing and supporting our learners throughout the day.
