With acknowledgement that closure of our Care facilities caused immense confusion and inconvenience on your path and your planning as alternative measures had or have been taken due to this directive. In due time and as circumstances get back to normal we shall call an urgent meeting to resolve all issues related to the situation we are confronted with.
