Grade 5 Remedial Social Sciences (History) – Rock Art in the Khoi San Culture

Objective:
Learners explored who the Khoi San people were, why they created rock art, and what these paintings reveal about their daily lives, beliefs, and traditions.

Senses Used:
• Sight – Viewed examples of Khoi San rock art.
• Hearing – Listened to explanations and discussions.
• Touch – Created their own rock art using wet chalk.
• Speaking – Shared ideas and explained their artwork.

Multi-Sensory Learning:
Learners used visual, auditory, tactile, and discussion-based activities to make learning engaging, meaningful, and memorable.
