Tailored around your individual needs discussions take place through questioning to uncover the extent of the presenting problem which gets put down on paper. I go into attitude towards the problem and understanding yourself. Once this is done an action plan will be documented where you will learn how to deal with the problem. Examples will be introduced which you may not know about if they seem appropriate. During our sessions assignments to which I hold you accountable will be given to complete taking action in achieving your goals. What is required for Life Coaching? There is an old saying that “you can lead a horse to water but you can’t make him drink.” The same can be said of Life Coaching. Coaching only works if action is taken.
