Martins Academy Grade 12 learners travelled to Johannesburg to attend a live performance of Hamlet at the UJ Arts & Culture Centre, University of Johannesburg . The outing gave our learners a valuable opportunity to analyse the themes and dramatic techniques of their prescribed work firsthand.

Literature teaches learners to think deeply, question boldly, and understand the world through stories that shape knowledge and imagination.

Martins Academy learners visited the on 22 May 2026 to help prepare stationary packs and provide donations gathered from their recent drive for children in need. The initiative successfully concluded with the distribution of essential food, clothing, and dignity packs. Our learners left the experience with new insights with the mentoriship provided by the friendly staff.
