Tomorrow, 30 September, is the deadline for QCTO's written response to Safe Citizen's nine formal questions regarding the future custodianship of Qualification 50480. To date, no substantive response has been received to either the original consultation letter (31 July) or the subsequent Letter of Notice (1 September). If the deadline passes without a proper answer, Safe Citizen will proceed with a formal PAIA application.
