Laerskool Randhart’s drama pupils shine at Allegretto Interprovincial Competition | Alberton Record Learners from grades one to three delivered outstanding performances at the Allegretto Interprovincial Competition, with multiple grade winners crowned and all groups advancing to the Provincial Round in September.

Shoo wat ʼn naweek van Allegretto Intern Provinsiale drama kompetisie. Kom ons Praat Dramaskool en Dramanties studente het verseker weer hulle merk gemaak.
Baie geluk aan elke student wat deelgeneem het. Ek is so trots op elke student.
Met 22 items wat deelgeneem het en almal het gekwalifiseer om aan die Provinsiale ronde deel te neem.
Ons loop weg met:
1 x A 14 x A+ 6 x A++
Wat dan 4 x Afdeling-wenners en 5 Graad-wenners ook is.
En spog met my 2 afrigters Chanel van Staden en Christelle du Toit wat ʼn Samespraak gedoen het. Hulle het 95.2% gekry wat ʼn A+++ is. Hulle het die hoogste punt gekry vir Samespraak en is so die Streek wenners van Gauteng Oos en Suid.

Shoo wat n ongelooflike week. Ek het die eer gehad om ADK Oos Vrystaat se Kunstefees te beoordeel. Senekal, Marquard, Clocolan en Ficksburg is die dorpies met studente wat baie talent het. Dankie aan elke afrigter en onderwyser wat die kinders help om te woeker met hulle talente.
Dit was ook een die mooiste dorpies met vriendelike mense.
Baie dankie aan Lara en ADK - Akademie vir Dramakuns wat die studente elke jaar die geleentheid gee om hulle talent op die verhoog te wys.
Ek hoop regtig om julle weer te sien.

Die aand het begin waar Sharron Haasbroek van die Honorary Rangers en die K9 Watchdog eenheid vir ons kom vertel het hoe hulle ons ondersteuning nodig het. Hoe elke sent wat ons insamel vir die honde eenheid gaan in die Kruger Nasionale Park. Daar was ʼn paar trane en seer harte toe ons hoor hoe hulle nog sukkel om die eenhede weer reg te kry. Maar met R13 000 wat ons ingesamel het gaan ons verseker ʼn verskil maak.
Daarna was dit verf, lag soms baie konsentrasie en dalk ʼn frustrasie of twee maar elkeen het sy masterpiece voltooi met een groot sukses. Almal het ontspan en dit baie geniet.
Baie dankie aan Messy Masterpieces by Sonette vd Merwe Art. Sonette dit was ʼn eer om saam met jou die projek aan te pak.
Baie dankie aan almal wat die aand bygewoon het. Dankie aan elkeen wat sy hart oopgemaak het om die aand ʼn sukses te maak.
Kom ons Praat Dramaskool het weer met trots ʼn merk in Alberton gemaak met ons jaarlikse fondsinsameling.

Messy Masterpieces is hosting a special fundraising paint event in support of flood relief in the Kruger National Park, with proceeds going toward relief efforts through the SANParks Honorary Rangers’ K9 Project Watchdog.

When devastation hit Kruger, we knew we couldn’t just scroll past and carry on. We may be a small creative business, but we believe deeply in the power of community, kindness, and doing what we can with what we have. This event is exactly that — our time, our hearts, our paintbrushes, and our incredible Messy Fam coming together for something bigger than us.
