Techno Tuesday - balloon rocket. We inflated a balloon tied to a straw and instead of a knot,we used a washing peg. We threaded a piece of string through the straw and as the washing peg was released the rocket flew from one side of the class to the other.

Mindful Monday - yoga stretches according to the school theme of the week - transport. Great job guys.

Techno Tuesday - making a paperclip float. Put a paperclip on a piece of kitchen towel in a glass with water. When you press down on the paper (slowly) the paperclip will continue to float even.when the paper is gone.

Thumping Thursday - this was such a fun race. It tested our concentration and matching abilitie while transferring cups from one place to another. Mmm who will finish first? Great job guys.

Teachno Tuesday - this was a fun one.. We made our own lanterns using an empty 500ml bottle, rope, and a balloon.
We cut the bottles from top to bottom all the way around so that they can expand. Then we put the balloon inside the bottle and inflated them. The bottle expanded as the balloon grew bigger. We tied a knot in the balloon, put the cap with the string back and added some decorations. Great job kiddos.
