“And I will never worry to get food to live.” The story of one orphan in Yemen.

Celebrating United Nations' World Water Day 2018 is looking back to Vision Hope International. e.V.'s continuity work of now over 15 years in Yemen, providing sustainable development also in communities of rural areas.

Today we are engaged in bringing water to populations where this essential good, where this precious human right can't be found just at the village's well.

In remote areas where poverty is extreme, where mainly women and girls walk large distances daily, side by side with donkeys and even carrying the water filled jerrycans on their heads.

We are Improving these communities lives by building water cisterns and systems to collect rain water (in some cases even from the fog) saving it closer to the community, in major cisterns. This transforms their lives, empowering them not only with access to this necessary resource, as well as by allowing more time for other activities, being it house work, learning a skill or going to school.

Support for Victims of Cholera in Yemen Yemen is experiencing since five years war. Now a Hunger and Cholera crisis come together. The situation of women and children is dramatic. With Cholera Sets and Food baskets we are in a position to help many people on the ground.

Together, Lets help children of Yemen in their hopes.

Its true resources are getting depleted..
and chances of survival tend to slim
But still….i have a dream
Because I can dream
Yes I can still dream in Hope
That this veil of crisis will go away, and we will see again a flourishing crop
The market will get back full again, and we will be out with friends, to shop
Until then, I will remain in Hope.
