Hello! I hope everyone is doing ok and getting through the lockdown and this horrible virus.
In an effort to get some normality back I've scheduled a couple of classes for the autumn. A regular beginners class, and something a bit different... a Dior style couture corselette class.
I've also made vouchers available if you'd like to prebook for a future class.

Feeling isolated already?
Just a short post to tell you how I'm thinking of handling this horrible situation we're all in.

My directly organised classes won't be running for now as there is too much risk of cancellation with a group. As far as I'm aware the residential classes at Gartmore House are running as normal. So get in touch direct to check. October will be fine, but for April I'd advise keeping an eye on their own social media in case that changes.

I will however be carrying on with one to one classes. So if you have more time to spare and can come along then let me know. It'll be one person classes so we're not on top of each other, and all I ask is that you let me know in advance if you or someone close to you develops symptoms. And of course I will do the same in return. One to one costs are in line with class prices, but are more tailored to your own needs and more intensive. For a limited time I'm offering 20% off one to ones. So the normal £150 per day rate will be £120.

These are the best solutions I can come up with just now, but my thinking cap is on and I'm open to suggestions too.

Hope to see some of you in the near future and I very much all of you come through this well and healthy families and friends too.

I'm very excited to let you know I'll be teaching two classes this year and two next year at Gartmore House. These will be residential classes. So you'll get full board and accommodation meaning no need to plan air b&bs or travel back and forth. You could even bring a partner as Gartmore House is set in beautiful scenery at the entry to the highlands with great walking and historic exploring on it's doorstep. The house is a lovely 18th century mansion, now used mostly for creative classes in peaceful, beautiful surroundings. A total break from the world to immerse yourself in your passion, handsew in front of the fire, walk around the estate and make new friends.
The first class is a weekend beginners in April and the second is a 5 day break learning about 18th century stays in October.
