💕INTRODUCTION TO BABY MASSAGE WORKSHOP 💕
Join me for my final baby massage session of 2026 Tiny Gym @ Unite Personal Training Gym, where you’ll learn about the benefits of baby massage as well as a routine to give your baby relief from colic, wind, congestion & teething. Suitable for babies aged 6 weeks to active crawling, this 45 minute session will take place in a beautiful clean space where there is no pressure for perfection, and no judgement 🩵

Can’t wait to start offering Baby Yoga locally - will announce my first class soon 💕

Baby massage can be a lovely way to support your little explorer by:

As babies become more mobile, they may not want to stay still for a full massage—and that’s completely normal! Even a few minutes of massage after bath time, before bed, or whenever they’re feeling cuddly can be wonderfully beneficial.

Every movement is an adventure and is helping your baby grow stronger and more confident. And massage is a beautiful way to reconnect after a day of exploring 🗺️
