Teens of Promise (TOPS) College Success program supports graduates from the AVID/TOPS program in overcoming major roadblocks to earn their college degree.
TOPS College Success Program empowers TOPS Scholars to earn a post-secondary degree to ensure they are competitive in the global workforce. TOPS Scholars will have a team of coaches who will:
-Help students identify an appropriate post-secondary path in collaboration with the AVID/TOPS team/program
-Build community via a network of supports on and off campus
-Engage students in major and career exploration
-Proactively address common roadblocks that hinder persistence toward college graduation
