I recently tried the new Tomato Sauce from MUTTI. The Rich and Bold Classic Tomato Sauce. It was just that - rich and bold and not oversweet. I’m a convert ! We used it on some delicious home made burgers.

Seeing my gorgeous granddaughter marching through the blueberry farm, reminds me that it’s never too young to learn how food grows- just doesn’t appear on the supermarket shelf! Also the benefits of eating seasonally- it’s fresher , more nutritionally dense and cheaper!

Today we had another successful outside group activity. 5 students and 3 parents attended a pasta workshop at Pasta Emelia in Surry Hills. Everyone enjoyed it and picked up some new skills. We all sat down to sample our delicious pasta cooked by the talented staff.

Yesterday was such fun! A big thanks to Little Creek Cheese for providing our cheese making workshop and tasting.
5 of our students and I headed up the freeway to the Wyong Milk Factory precinct. We made some ricotta and Paneer cheeses and tasted the delicious Little Creek range. We enjoyed a yummy lunch before heading home with our freshly made cheeses. Lots of giggles in the back seat 😊. A big thanks to one of our Mums, Cheryl, for helping with transport.
This day was not just about cheese and knowledge building, but an opportunity for some socialisation and friendship building as well.
