Memorandum No. 22, series of 2023 issued by DOLORES C. VOLANTE, EdD, Vice President for Academic Affairs dated February 23, 2023 with the subject Rescheduling of the Continuation of Hayag Festival

The Office of the President of the Republic of the Philippines has declared February 24, 2023, as a special non-working holiday through Proclamation 167. Hence, the remaining activities of the 15th Hayag Festival scheduled on the 24th of February shall be moved to Monday, February 27, 2023.

JUST IN | The provincial government of Camarines Norte has suspended the classes in all levels in the whole province for public and private schools due to the recent 5.1 earthquake the occured in Tinaga Island, Vinzons this evening.
