It was great to meet so many motivated young people, answer questions, exchange experiences, and explore what opportunities are available for them 🌱

We’re hiring! Office Maintenance + Plant Care 📍 Košice Centre!

We are looking for someone to help us look after our office in the Košice city centre.

The way we collaborate can differ based on what you enjoy doing, but the main ideas are:
✨ Office maintenance: Cleaning and tidying the office once every other week.
🌱 Plant care: Taking care of our current plants, plus buying new ones to make the space greener.
💡 Workspace improvements: We’d love someone who can suggest and make other small improvements to upgrade the workspace, but this is totally open for discussion!

If you have a green thumb, an eye for cleanliness, and want a flexible side gig with a friendly team, we’d love to chat!

A lot of young people think they need to feel fully ready before speaking up, going to an interview, trying something new, or stepping outside their comfort zone. But most confidence is built after trying, not before. 🌱

The first attempt will not always feel comfortable, and that’s completely normal. Communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and self-confidence are all skills that grow through experience and practice over time. 🧠

Growth often starts the moment you decide to try anyway. ✨

🤩 We recently held the final multiplier event for Path to Success in Košice, Slovakia! bringing together young people to explore employability, communication, and future career opportunities. 💬

Through interactive workshops, discussions, and group activities, participants had the chance to learn more about CV writing, motivation letters, and the skills that can help them feel more confident when entering the job market. 🧠

One of the highlights of the event was the “Path to Success” card game, where young people learned through conversation, teamwork, and real-life situations in a more engaging and practical way. 🌱

The event also created space for sharing experiences, asking questions, and reflecting on future goals in a supportive and welcoming environment. 🤝

Thank you to everyone who joined us and contributed to making the event such a meaningful experience! ✨
