Influenza is currently active. Some people may be infected before realizing they are sick.
現在、インフルエンザが流行しています。自分では気づかないうちに感染している場合もあります。

To protect everyone at the dojo, please monitor your physical condition before coming to training.
道場の皆さんを守るため、練習に来る前に必ずご自身の体調を確認してください。

⚠️ HYGIENE IS OUR #1 PRIORITY / 衛生管理を最優先に

🌡️ Check your body temperature / 体温を確認する

🧼 Wash your hands and feet thoroughly / 手と足をしっかり洗う

🥋 Always wear a clean, freshly washed Gi and training gear / 必ず清潔に洗濯した道着・トレーニングウェアを着用する

🤒 If you have fever, cough, sore throat, chills, unusual fatigue, body aches, or any flu-like symptoms, PLEASE DO NOT COME TO THE DOJO.
発熱、咳、喉の痛み、悪寒、強いだるさ、体の痛みなどの症状がある場合は、道場に来るのを控えてください。

Even if your symptoms are mild, please stay home until you are feeling well.
症状が軽い場合でも、体調が回復するまでは自宅で休んでください。

BJJ is a close-contact sport. Your health and hygiene affect everyone you train with.
柔術はお互いに密接に接触するスポーツです。一人ひとりの体調管理と衛生管理が、仲間を守ることにつながります。
