With the permission of Allah SWT, BCIT MSA is back at it again In Shaa Allah with another BBQ coming your way!
We had a wonderful day last time and received great reactions from our attendees, Alhamdulilah!
This time it will be on Sunday, September 3rd from 10am-5pm at Barnet Marine Park, 8181 Barnet Rd, Burnaby, BC V5A 3G8.
We greatly appreciate your attendance In Shaa Allah and to confirm your attendance please go ahead and submit the E-Transfer to [email protected].
Please note that we have a LIMIT of 50 SEATS AVAILIABLE, so please book your spots as soon as possible! The DEADLINE TO CONFIRM your attendance by submitting the E-transfer will be September 1st
Also, the event will occur based on the condition of the weather. Meaning if there is heavy smoke or rainfall then we may cancel the event so please check for any of our updates.

I hope everybody is doing well,
The MSA has rearranged the prayer room so that the women may enter only through the main door and pray in the section left of the curtains. The men enter only through the ablution room and pray in the section available to the right of the curtain. The purpose is to create a better form of segregation for everybody.
Prayer mats are provided.
We will also provide signs in the entrance way
If women want to make wudu they may do so with the curtains available. When they finish, they may exit the wudu room and enter the prayer room through the main entrance.

Great news! We are excited to announce that we are expanding our MSA! We are looking for enthusiastic and determined individuals that are passionate about fostering an Islamic environment on campus.
Our goals are to promote and facilitate Islamic knowledge and build a strong community of Muslims at BCIT.
Club activities and services will include hosting Friday prayer services, providing prayer spaces, hosting halaqahs, peer circles, and social events.
