Our Conquer the Escarpment event in honour of Shelby Dickey was a success! Thanks so much to everyone who came out, despite the rainy weather, to walk and run together. Thank you also to all of our volunteers who helped with organizing, and to NUSU for your support and letting us make use of the great patio space outside the new Student Centre!

Our random prize draw generated 3 winners - congratulations to Kaitlyn L'Abbe, Lynne Aspden Cotie, and Laura Koelen! We will be in touch over Facebook Messenger in the next 24 hours to organize sending you your prizes. 🎉

Conquer the Escarpment Nov. 13 REMINDERS:

-Register through the ePly link posted here - cost is a suggested donation of $20, with timed and untimed options (Nipissing Lakers varsity athletes will be registered by their coaches)

-Bib pickup for timed participants is from 9:30am-9:50am at the tent set up on the path in front of FOUNDER’S HOUSE RESIDENCE

-The Run/Walk will start at 10AM from *Founder’s House Residence* at the bottom of College Drive, finishing at the NUSU Student Centre at the intersection of Monastery Road and College Drive (Total: ~5km)

-Parking will be available at the NUSU Student Centre

-A short social will take place at the finish, with hot cocoa and snacks provided!
