With over 1,000 hours of coaching and mentoring, Shereen has spearheaded the development of value-based organizational programs at leading companies such as Vodafone, Etisalat, PepsiCo, and Coca-Cola. In her role as Regional Director for Coca-Cola in North Africa, Egypt, and Libya, she designed and implemented high-impact internal engagement initiatives that elevated employee loyalty and satisfaction, creating stronger, more connected workplace cultures.
