and NEW! Unified MMA 185lb Champion, Brendan Kornberger. In a performance that can only be called total domination, Brendan took a unanimous 55-44 decision. Incredible wrestling and grappling, vicious knees and heavy strikes. Brendan did some awesome work with Jay Jauncey Kickboxing and brought that into the cage tonight. Wicked work.

Amazing results from last nights BFL- Tristan Connelly had another devastating first round win due to ground and pound over Ash Mashreghi. He may look smiley and like he's you're little brother, but dude will mess you up!! Arjan Bhullar defended his belt with a total domination performance. 5 rounds of absolute control on the ground and on the feet. Arjan proves again that he's ready for the big show.

We couldn't be more proud of you guys.

15/09/2016

We will be CLOSED Saturday as our amazing athletes, Arjan Bhullar and Tristan Connelly will be gearing up to kick some ass at Battlefield Fight League. The fights are taking place at the Hard Rock Casino in Coquitlam! If you don't have tickets, pick 'em up at the gym! See you there!
