• For grantees who registered a PISO Account: Please maintain a minimum balance of P1.00.

• For grantees who registered a LANDBANK Regular Savings Account: Please maintain a minimum balance of P 500.00.

If your registered LANDBANK account has been inactive or dormant, please visit your LANDBANK branch as soon as possible to have your account REACTIVATED.

Ako Bisaya Partylist, in partnership with the CHED UniFAST – Tulong Dunong Program (TDP), is now accepting applications for the 1st Semester, Academic Year 2026–2027.

📌 Qualifications

✅ Enrolled as a college student for the 1st Semester, Academic Year 2026–2027
✅ Open to all college-level students enrolled in CHED-recognized Higher Education Institutions (HEIs)
✅ Only one (1) applicant per household

📄 Requirements

• Original Certificate of Enrollment (COE) or Certificate of Registration (COR) for the 1st Semester, Academic Year 2026–2027
• Barangay Certificate of Indigency (_Purpose: TDP–CHED Scholarship Application_)
• CHED UniFAST TDP Application Form
• Two (2) recent 2×2 ID photos
