Tuesdays and Thursdays
6:30pm-7:30pm - Level I, (white, yellow and orange belts)
7:30pm-8:30pm - Level II, (red belts and up)

We practice Okinawan Goju-Ryu Karate-Doh as per the Jundokan in Okinawa. This is a traditional non-competitive style that is still practiced today in Okinawa Japan, the birthplace of karate. The name Goju-Ryu refle

cts the nature of the style that has both hard and soft elements. Students will learn basic techniques and how to apply them in a fun environment that fosters growth, self-discipline and respect. As the student progresses with their training, more complexity is added to further their study of this martial-art, increasing their self-confidence and coordination. Classes are taught in bilingual format, (French and English), including Japanese terminology. Chief Instructor is Senseï François Hudon, Rokudan (6th Dan Black Belt).

End of season, Level 1 and Level 2 classes. It was a great year. Lots of promotions at all belt levels including new brown belts, junior black belt and shodan black belt. Thank you to all our assistants and to the parents who bring the kids to the dojo.

Registration for the spring session is ongoing and plenty of spots left.

Please ensure that you are registered for the appropriate level. White Yellow and Orange belts should register to the Level 1 class and red belts and up to the level 2 class.

Note that there are no classes during March Break. Also, the last class of the winter session is on April 2 and the spring session will be from April 7 to June 18.
