I'm not the coach for you if you want to drop a dress size in four weeks for one event β€” then pile it straight back on. πŸ™…β€β™€οΈ

I'm not for you if you want to bin the carbs, quit the wine, and survive on 1,200 calories.

And I'm definitely not for you if you want a quick fix with zero effort that magically lasts forever. That's not real, and I'm not going to lie to sell it to you.

But… if you're sick of losing the same half stone over and over and you want it to actually stick this time? Stay right there. πŸ–€

Because I'm a busy mum who lost the weight, kept it off, and now coaches other women to do the same β€” while still having a life. The wine, the meals out, the birthday cake, the chaos. If you want to get stronger, feel good in your own skin, and keep it that way, that's what I do. It might be slower than a crash plan. But it'll still be here in a year. And so will your results.

DM me REAL if that sounds like you.

You don't need 2 hours in the gym to get results. πŸ‘€

If you think you do, you've been sold a lie β€” and it's the exact reason so many busy mums give up before they start.

As a busy mum and a coach, I don't have two hours. Neither do the women I train.

The truth: 3–4 short, focused sessions a week beat daily hour-long punishments you can't sustain. 30–40 minutes, a few big lifts, done consistently. That's what changes your body.

Because the best workout isn't the hardest one β€” it's the one you'll still be doing in six months. πŸ–€

Save this for the next time "I've no time" creeps in β€” and DM me TIME if you want a plan built around your actual week.

If you want a routine but every week still feels like chaos πŸ‘‡

Now the kids are back at school, it's the perfect reset β€” but not with a 5am overhaul you'll quit by Friday. πŸ˜…

Start with ONE anchor. Attach it to something you already do. Plan three days, not seven. Lay it out the night before.
You don't need a whole new life. Just one thing you actually stick to.

Save this and start with number one this week β€” and DM me ROUTINE if you want help building yours around your actual week.

Teaching my son the thing nobody taught me about food. πŸ–€

Watch how this one surprised us both πŸ‘€

DM me CYCLE if you want to raise kids with a better relationship with food than we had.

Nobody tells you strength training has a weird side effect. πŸ‘€

That's me scaling a ten-foot wall in my garden today to saw down a tree β€” instead of calling someone to do it for me. πŸ˜…

Here's the thing: we're sold the idea that fitness is all about how we look β€” the flat stomach, the scale. But the stuff that actually changes your life is being capable. Carrying all the shopping in one go. Lifting your kid onto your shoulders. Not being scared of what your body can do.

I'm a busy mum who trains for strength, not to shrink β€” and this is exactly why. If you're only training to get smaller, you're missing the best bit. πŸ–€

DM me STRONG if you want to train for capable, not just smaller.

Both of these women are me. And both of them were consistent. πŸ–€

That's the bit everyone misses. I didn't go from one to the other because I suddenly found willpower. I was ALWAYS consistent β€” I was just consistent with the wrong things. Consistently skipping the gym. Consistently grabbing the junk. Consistently "starting Monday." And I got results from that… just not the ones I wanted.

The other side isn't perfect either. I still have the wine, still have the odd takeaway, still fall on my face on a night out πŸ˜…. But most of the time I choose the gym, eat well, and move. And those results showed up too.

Because your results β€” whatever they are right now β€” aren't bad luck. They're the consequence of what you repeat. You don't need to become a different person. You just need to get consistent with different things. πŸ–€
DM me CONSEQUENCE if you're ready to get consistent with the right things (without giving up your whole life).

Today I went back to the gym β€” face looking like this. πŸ˜…
And believe me, the excuse was RIGHT there. Everyone's going to stare, everyone's going to judge, I'll get the usual β€” "oh you're into fitness, should you really be drinking that much?" πŸ™„

That's exactly the kind of excuse we let stop us. And it's not just injuries β€” it's "I don't look right today," "I feel bloated," "I've got my period and everyone's going to look at me."

But if you only ever show up when you feel confident and put-together, your training days will be minimal all year. You'll always find a reason. Showing up when you'd rather not be seen is where consistency actually gets built β€” and you always leave feeling ten times better than when you walked in. πŸ–€

Moral of the story:
1️⃣ Don't drink too much and fall on your face πŸ˜‚
2️⃣ Show up even on your worst days

DM me SHOWUP if self-consciousness is the thing that keeps stopping you.
