Join the WiCS Mentorship Program as a Mentor and make a lasting impact! As a mentor, you’ll be paired with one or more first-year students to help them navigate university life, explore CS pathways, and feel welcomed into the UofT WiCS community.

Whether it’s sharing academic advice, talking about co-ops and internships, or just being a friendly face, mentors play a huge role in helping first-years feel supported and confident. This program is flexible, low-commitment (~1–2 hours per month), and a great way to give back, grow your leadership skills, and meet other incredible students in WiCS!
