The Western Michigan University Concrete Canoe Team builds a concrete canoe every year to compete!
This competition was created to help Civil and Construction Engineering majors develop skills working with concrete. Younger members are also able to meet upper level engineering majors and obtain help with classes.

April 12th is giving day at WMU! This is a great fundraising opportunity for the team. There are certain times that reward extra money, so if you would be gracious enough to help the team we would greatly appreciate it!

Kickoff at 12 a.m. midnight
The first 10 funds to receive an online gift starting at 12 a.m. will win $500 each.
Redeye, 1-5 a.m.: The first five donors on the hour between 1 a.m. and 5 a.m. will win an additional $100 for their cause.
Coffee Clinks, 6-11 a.m.: Tag WMU at your morning coffee + a giving day link; 3 winners will get an extra $500 sent to their fund.
Additionally, CEAS is going after the Lunchtime Crunchtime challenge - the top 10 designations with the most unique donors between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. will each win an additional $500.

Concrete canoe competition 2023! Passed the swamp test, completed 2/2 races and was a perfect canoe. Splash came out of the 2022-23 team consisting of 10 loyal members. Results will be posted tomorrow!

The Concrete Canoe team is selling hoodies and polos to help fundraise for the confrence meet coming up at the end of March. We will be selling the hoodies at $50 and the polos at $40. They are availible in any adult size. The funds will go to the teams competition funds. Please contact Parker for ordering, 810-445-9950 or [email protected] with sizes and which style.
