Laurier Moot Court has had the honour of reaching hundreds of undergraduate students since its establishment in 2016. One of these individuals, Jusleen Kaur, brought light to every member of our oral advocacy team. She was an incredible mooter, student, and friend to anyone who had the privilege of crossing paths with her 💜💛💜💛

Laurier Moot Court is now hiring for their 2021/2022 competitive team!

LMC is a competitive legal advocacy team that competes at moot tournaments across Canada and has been awarded the Student’s Union Club of the year for the past two years in a row!

No experience is required; all training will be provided by experienced LMC members and legal professionals.

Applications for oral advocates will open on September 9th, 2021 and the deadline to apply is September 16th, 2021 at 4pm.

We are officially hiring for our 2021/2022 LMC President!

The deadline for applications is Monday, March 15th at 11:59 PM; the week after that, on Monday March 22nd, we will be having a digital election to decide who leads Laurier Moot Court next year.

For any prospective candidates, please note that you will be asked to give a brief presentation of your platform as to why you should be elected on the evening of the 22nd.
