Discover this modern dynamic martial art, created by Hall of Famer and award winning choreographer Sifu Mark Stas. Created out of passion and following a personal vision in martial arts, Win Flow System has been created after more than 34 years of intensive martial arts training by Sifu Mark Stas.�Visually

Wing Flow System has a unique character such as a dynamic body mechanism, economy of motion, rapid fire cutting motions. It is considered as one of the best martial arts which develops an extreme highly coordinated chain of attacks with the whole body blended together with perfectly balanced visual and sensitivity reactions, which makes WFS THE modern martial art. Specialised in the close range combat, it has an excellent longe range fighting concept but what makes WFS even more unique is the longevity through the intelligent use of the human body in motion. Discovered by the famous actor Ron Smoorenburg ( remember his memorable fight scene with Jackie Chan in “Who am i”), Sifu Mark Stas entered the world of movie making where he showed the beauty of WFS in action movies such as “Borrowed Time 3”, “English Dogs in Bangkok” or “At the Edge”.
