🏋️ No access to weights?

Our Heavy ***ybody band is a great way to add intensity to this exercise and challenge yourself! Here we showcase the Hip Thrust exercise that you can do on a gym bench, coffee table, plyo box or gym steps.

This is a popular exercise for the glutes and for good reason! Try your best to scoop your hips up the same way you would when you do your glute bridges. If you don't understand what the "scoop" is, my favourite cue is to imagine your scooping ice cream up with your hips! It's a great core and glute exercise whether you do this as a glute bridge as a beginner on the floor or intermediate on the bench. You will be feeling 🔥🍑

New to glute training? 🙈 Don't be shy! Here's a simple exercise you can start off with using our light resistance band that will help you strengthen and feel firmer around your peach.

Place the band around your ankles/calves area, draw your belly in to avoid arching your back and move your leg away from the centre of your body to stretch the band out to the side by using your glute muscles.

Top tip. Don't rush it and if you really want to maximise the tension, move slower and hold it at the end range for a good challenge! 🍑
