IMPORTANT NOTICE for CAREGIVERS & MANAGERS

Did you complete your Caregiver Certification before August 2, 2013?

If so, you are required to take the certification again to meet current Arizona state standards.

According to the Arizona Nursing Care Institution Administrators and Assisted Living Facility Managers (NCIA Board):

“For Assisted Living Manager Applications, Caregiver and Manager Training Program Certificates must be issued after August 2, 2013.”
