The storm that rolled through Bloomington yesterday knocked their power out and their basement is flooding. If anyone can help please reach out to us and we can get you in contact with them.

What a great day for our students who competed at the Walker’s Martial Arts Midwest Cup today in Bloomington, Illinois. The Walker’s hosted an exceptional event and had wonderful competitors there. The divisions for our competitors were large. The results for our team are as follows-

Marley- 1st in Breaking (less than 3 weeks post op from ankle surgery!)

McKenna- 1st in Breaking and a true 3rd in Forms

Amelia- 2nd in Breaking and a true 3rd in Forms

Emma- a true 3rd in Forms and 4th in Breaks

Asher- the youngest competitor out of 235+ competitors- 1st in Breaking

If you've been waiting to register, now is your opportunity to join competitors from 31 teams, 200+ competitors, and 9 states for one of the Midwest's premier martial arts tournaments. The tournament registration page previously listed a July 11 deadline, but registration has now been extended to July 14.

There will be NO at-the-door registrations accepted. All competitors must be registered by the July 14 deadline.

Walker’s Martial Arts would like to invite you to join us for the 2026 Midwest Cup on Saturday, July 18 at the Illinois Wesleyan Shirk Center in Bloomington, Illinois.

We are proud to welcome schools and competitors from across the Midwest for a day of forms, breaking, and Olympic sparring. All styles are welcome, ages 3 and up. Spectators are welcome as well.

🇺🇸 Reminder to our Wartrace Martial Arts families 🇺🇸

There will be no classes this Saturday due to Memorial Day weekend. We hope everyone enjoys a safe and relaxing holiday weekend as we take time to remember and honor those who have served our country. ❤️🤍💙
