The score doesn’t tell this tale. hosted an extremely talented and tough D2 side with . This was a friendly or non league game for those new to rugby. The score was 10-0 at the half. PLNU gave up many costly penalties resulting in CLU gaining huge field advantages. After the half PLNU regained discipline and continued to dominate the scrums, eventually scoring and holding CLU to just one try after the half. This was a great game and hard fought from both sides! The CLU Rugby team showed a lot of grit and determination through the game and we appreciate them making the drive down to San Diego!

After back to back hard fought weeks of rugby your Loma boys have a well deserved week off! This week will be filled with rest and recovery!

Now presenting our V. Man of The Match! Roy Tala () was critical in defense stopping the back line of UNLV in its tracks. He was an animal on kick defense and recovery as well! His powerful running was a nightmare with the much smaller backs!

Next is our Back of The Match Aidan Bradley () he was a menace on defense definitely punching above his weight class! He was also Mr. Automatic when it came to kicking as usual! Scoring a breakaway try just to add icing on the cake!

Last but certainly not least our Forwards of The Match are all of them! They played through adversity and through a lack of substitute players! No matter the odds the forwards kept on pushing against a strong UNLV side! All of the forwards should be proud of themselves after this grind of a match!

After a hard fought 80 minutes and end in a tie! PLNU faced adversity from before the match even started with key players unable to travel with the team due to unforeseen circumstances and were still able to compete and dominate the first half of play. The score doesn’t tell the whole tale. we look forward to seeing UNLV again at home! PLNU record now stands at 1-0-1!
