Saturdays are for TULIP visits! 🌷

From academic development and tutoring to meaningful holistic development sessions, today was all about growth in every sense. We had important conversations around consent, mental health, and the realities young people face.

We ended the day with a reminder that taking care of your mind matters just as much as taking care of your body. 🌟

Definitely another Saturday well spent. 🩷🌷

We started with our usual tutoring session, then had a meaningful mental health awareness session where we unpacked both the good and the challenges around it, and why taking care of our mental health matters.

We ended off by creating a positivity tree 🌳, filled with messages of encouragement for ourselves and others.
