The problem is the reason Mom’s have a hard time staying consistent is they feel they need to do it all and when they don’t do it all they give up and they stop completely.
I think the easiest way that moms can start staying consistent is choosing at least one habit they can be consistent with and then add another habit.
Add another habit build on a habit instead of doing all at once 🗣️✨🫶🏻💪🏻
Protein is essential in keeping you full, drinks have calories too, it’s best to be mindful of them, and lastly sitting all day is hurting you. Walking is easy + free 🗣️🫶🏻💪🏻✨
