Attention, Second-Year to Fourth-Year (Graduating) Students!

The following students, especially graduating students, are strongly encouraged to update their Individual Student Record (ISR) as soon as possible at their respective College Guidance Offices.

Please be reminded that an updated ISR is one of the requirements for graduation clearance. To avoid delays in the processing of your clearance, we encourage you to complete your ISR update at the earliest opportunity.

📌 Note for First-Year Students and Transferees:
Your Individual Student Record (ISR) will be provided during the Group Growth Program (GGP) Sessions facilitated by the USM–Student Peer Facilitators Organization (SPFO). There is no need to visit your College Guidance Office for an ISR form unless otherwise instructed.

📌 APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS (Submit in IMAGE or PDF format)
• A.Y. 2025–2026 1st and 2nd Semester Grades.
• Application Letter addressed to the College Guidance Counselors.
• Proof of Group Growth Program (GGP) Graduation (Certificate).

📌 QUALIFICATIONS
✅ Bonafide USM student
✅ Must be a 2nd year student for 3-year programs.
✅ Must be a 2nd or 3rd year student for 4-year programs.
✅ Must be a 2nd, 3rd, or 4th year student for 5–6 year programs.
✅ Must be a graduate of the Group Growth Program (GGP).

𝑰𝑵 𝑷𝑯𝑶𝑻𝑶𝑺 || 𝑭𝑹𝑬𝑺𝑯𝑴𝑬𝑵 𝑨𝑵𝑫 𝑻𝑹𝑨𝑵𝑺𝑭𝑬𝑹𝑬𝑬𝑺 𝑶𝑹𝑰𝑬𝑵𝑻𝑨𝑻𝑰𝑶𝑵 2026 ✨💚

Every college journey starts with a meaningful first step, and 𝗙𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗵𝗺𝗲𝗻 𝗪𝗲𝗲𝗸 2026 marked that beginning for the newest students of the 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐒𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐧 𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐨. Conducted from July 20–22, 2026, the event offered a series of orientations, awareness campaigns, and student service presentations to help freshmen become familiar with university life.

Headed by the Office of Student Affairs (OSA) and the OSA–Counseling and Career Department, and facilitated by the USM–Student Peer Facilitators Organization (SPFO), University Student Government (USG), Legislative Student Governments (LSGs), and USM–USARTS, the program reflected the University's commitment to supporting students from the very beginning.

We warmly welcome our freshmen and transferees, and wish them a rewarding and successful journey at the University of Southern Mindanao.
