We will be running a Thump Boxing Level 1 and Advanced Instructor course in Dublin at Adapt Strength & Fitness .

Level 1: 2nd of December 2023
Advanced Level (Level 2): 3rd of December 2023

**What is THUMP Boxing?**

THUMP Boxing is a specialized form of group fitness boxing. It seamlessly blends boxing and kickboxing techniques with fitness training, offering a rigorous workout without the contact of traditional boxing.

This is a full 2 day REPS accredited course with
Extra CPD credits for each day.
THUMP Boxing Elite course. - €190.00

This is a full day course based on advanced pad holding techniques for advanced boxing combinations and defensive movements.
This course will be delivered and tutored by our technical padwork tutor Marty Hannan.
