Our four advancing teams are making last minute adjustments as well as programming autonomous runs in preparation for our trip to DFW for the Region 5 VEX State Tournament on Saturday.

This is the official page of the Robotics Team of A.T.E.M.S.(Academy of Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, and Science) High school. We have taken the name No Security, because we were able to deliver a letter to Steve Wozniak during one of his speeches, because there was no security.

Our Robotics Lab was EMPTY this morning for the first time in a while, because many of our students were on buses headed to Odessa for the District 2 SkillsUSA conference. Good luck to all of our students competing today and tomorrow!

Dedicated robotics students are hard at work on a day off from school. The students are making last minute preparations for their tournament in San Angelo tomorrow.

It was a very busy Saturday for ATEMS Robotics. Teams A and M competed in the UIL State Tournament while teams T, E, and S stayed home to compete in the ACU tournament.
Team E made it to the ACU finals, while Team S walked away with some hardware: Skills Champion, Tournament Champion, and the Excellence Award!
Team M placed 16th in the state while A placed 21st. Team M also made it to the quarterfinals before being knocked out by the number 1 seed.
What a great weekend! No time to rest, though, as all teams travel to San Angelo to compete next weekend.
