Civil Engineering is fundamental to the world around us and underpins a modern society, in which we would be able to play a role in shaping the world around us. The many obstacles that civil engineers must overcome cover a vast area of responsibilities, as we are under increasing pressure to build more with fewer resources, leading to even more complex projects. It is vital to the civil engineers of the future generations as part of a sustainable future.
Despite the ongoing challenges brought upon by the pandemic, just as we recognize and apply engineering principles, processes, and practices to engineered infrastructure and systems, we remain resilient and move forward to greater learning.
