PaDSS Holds Action Research Program for Teachers

The Pasig Diocesan School System (PaDSS) conducts the “Action Research for Teachers” program on May 21, 2026, gathering educators for a seminar focused on research-driven learning and classroom innovation.

Dr. Perlita Antonio, Head of the Commission on Research, leads the discussion proper on the importance of action research in improving teaching strategies and student learning outcomes. The program also features opening remarks from Dr. Jennifer Apolinario and closing remarks from Dr. Asuncion Cansana.

The activity reflects PaDSS’ commitment to continuous professional development and excellence in Catholic education.

The Pasig Diocesan School System (PaDSS) holds its General Assembly 2026 on May 18 at the Immaculate Conception Cathedral and Pasig Catholic College, gathering school administrators, faculty members, and personnel from different PaDSS schools.

The assembly opens with the celebration of the Holy Mass presided by Fr. Daniel L. Estacio, PaDSS Superintendent, together with Rev. Fr. Edgardo B. Barrameda as concelebrant.

During the program proper, Fr. Daniel presents the strategic directions and resolutions of PaDSS for School Year 2026–2027, including updates on the ongoing unification process of the diocesan school system. Rev. Fr. Edgardo B. Barrameda presents the official PaDSS logo and theme for SY 2026–2027, while Dr. Leo B. Galve shares updates on safeguarding and protection of minors.

Ms. Ruth G. Enriquez, PaDSS Finance Officer, reports the financial updates and concerns of the diocesan school system, including discussions on in-house health benefits. Fr. Daniel also gives updates regarding the Mabuting Pastol Credit Cooperative.

The annual gathering serves as an opportunity for PaDSS educators and personnel to strengthen unity, collaboration, and commitment in continuously providing quality Catholic education rooted in faith, service, and mission.
