Some grief doesnโt get recognized because it wasnโt a โbig enoughโ loss.
It was the loss of feeling chosen.
The loss of safety.
The loss of being understood.
The loss of the childhood you needed.
So the inner child keeps carrying it quietlyโฆ and it can show up later as anxiety, overthinking, people-pleasing, shutdown, or that stuck feeling you canโt explain.
