Today, August 20, ACT-IEF SHS hosted a gathering of private school heads through a conference with DepEd Division officials.

The event was attended by the founder of Asian College of Technology, Mr. Bebot Abellanosa, as well as the Basic Education Director and School Principal of ACT-IEF SHS, Mr. Jervin T. Alegado. Through this gathering, the institution hopes to strengthen connections and/or foster collaboration among fellow private school heads.

Asianistas, please be reminded that the Midterm Examinations for Grade 12 students will be held on Monday and Tuesday, August 17โ€“18, while the First Quarter Examinations for Grade 11 students will take place on Wednesday and Thursday, August 19โ€“20.

Please make sure to prepare everything you need before your examination day, including your exam booklets.

With the intent to inform students and staff about basic fire precautions and safety protocols, a Fire Safety Seminar equipped the Asianista community with the necessary knowledge and proper responses during fire emergencies.

The Cebu City Bureau of Fire Protection facilitated the activity, beginning with the seminar before proceeding to the Fire Drill.

The activity brought together Athenaeum International School Grade 4โ€“10 pupils, ACT-IEF SHS SSLG officers, Emergency Response Team (ERT) members, and class mayors.

Through this activity, the ACT-IEF community is reminded that preparedness is the first step toward safety.
